Song written by Bryan Lucas

Can you hear me now?Jump on this site, you will get promoted, promoted by the end of the night.
Can you hear me now?
I know you got dreams in your head so let them, let them be free instead.

I have a little change in my pocket, going jingle jingle jang/I want you to sign up so your dreams can go sky rocket/and you can feel the same.
We at ROI are just not your average guys/we take your dreams and put them high in the air.
We at ROI always care/when you need us the most we will always be there.

There once was a man from Nantucket/that wanted to put every dime he had in his bucket/he didn't know how to design or write a rhyme/so he immediately got ROI on the line/and his dreams went shy high.
We at ROI took his business by the hand/ promoted his site by the end of the night
That night he slept tight.

Can you hear me now?
Jump on this site, you will get promoted, promoted by the end of the night.
Can you hear me now?

I know you got dreams in your head so let them, let them be free instead.

"How Do I Craft?"

A few years ago, George Thorogood did a version of an old Bo Diddley song called "Who Do You Love."  Here's a different version of the song. This is about a guy who wants to learn to do crafts, but isn't very good at it. Maybe George will sing this one day, if he ever learns to sew. Here's the Thorogood version, just to remind you.

I sewed plastic lace on a key chain,
Put a square-beaded bracelet on my door frame,
Glued zipper pulls to the sink drain
on the pink doll house down the lane.

I got a brand new canvas needle, vinyl weave,
But I don't know what to do
with my worsted yarn, please mend my heart
I'll come on home to you.

How do I craft?
How do I craft?
How do I craft?
How do I craft?

I got a Kleenex box with an outboard motor
Magnets on my helicopter rotor.

How do I craft?
How do I craft?
How do I craft?
How do I craft?

I transformed my tissue box
Learning crafts from Lisa Cox.

How do I craft?
How do I craft?
How do I craft?
How do I craft?

Lisa put bread in my toaster
Showed me how to knit a coaster.

How do I craft?

Plastic Lace

this is a more complicated project

This is  a craft of many names

* Gimp * plastic craft *lanyard

             * Rexlace *Boondoggle  *Scoubidou

This is an inexpensive way to venture with the crafty individual. It is made of a very flexible plastic, which can be fun, but yet tricky to work with.

This is another fun craft to enjoy by yourself or involve the older kids. I enjoyed doing this craft with my daycare.

Here would be a fun project for the pre teen/teen to do at a slumber party, or even just to make some with a couple of friends.
They could even add some beads, or charms to make this bracelet even more noticeable.

If you dont like the bracelet idea, how about zipper pulls for the younger children who  have not quit mastered grabbing that little piece of metal !!

Need something for those loose keys ? Try a plastic yarn key ring holder.

How about something for their backpack

I would love to see your project/projects you have made, attach them with a comment !Till next time, happy crafting :)

Just A Thought

Welcome Back, Friends

Let me start by saying, I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter holiday!!

I had a wonderful day with my family!!!! We had a delicious dinner and then my 6 yr old grandson had so much fun hunting his eggs. I can't wait till next year, when my other grandson is old enough to par take in the hunt!!!

Any Hoot :)

Regarding the response to my last post, again another great question, THANK YOU!   No, I have never attempted to try a large plastic canvas project, myself. I have always done the smaller projects, like the photo frames, magnets, and Kleenex covers.
However, I am sure that you could find the pattern of your liking at your local hobby shop, or I might even suggest checking www.ebay.com, which also offers some plastic canvas patterns for sale.

AWE

Maybe, that might be something I consider trying myself, now that I have more time since the kids are grown, lol who knows :) I like trying new things myself.
Here are a couple other sites you might find useful:
http://www.anniescatalog.com
http://craftstew.com/needlepoint/125free-plastic-canvas-patterns

I can not wait to see what project you choose , I know you will enjoy the moment of glory :) Best of Luck !!!!

JUST A THOUGHT

Who thinks starting a craft pattern and/or recipe swap would be a great idea?   Maybe, if I get enough people interested I might consider possibly starting something like this. I think something like this would be fun and adventurous. It would be like giving a gift every day, week, or month. I LOVE GIVING! Do you?
If this sounds like something that you might be interested in, let me know in the comment section!!!!! Maybe, you just have a topic you would like for me to touch on, I would love to hear any and all suggestions, so please don't forget to leave me a comment.
